Winter Wellness

Classes are for beginner and seasoned herbalists taught through a vitalist, western herbalism approach where you'll gain insight into using plants for tending to your wellness this winter season. 

Common Winter Energetic Patterns that Influence Us

  • Qualities such as coldness, stagnancy, tension, dryness can effect our organ tissues, physiologic processes, and our emotional/spiritual states 

  • Pathological conditions that show up more in winter time like colds, flus, respiratory conditions, skin issues, anxiety, depression, sleep issues 

Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall we introduce a class series dedicated to balancing the body through the changes and transitions each unique season has to offer.
