About the event
This course focuses on key herbs and preparations for better sleep and enhanced physical and emotional recovery. Sleep and deep rest are vital to rebuilding weakened body systems, recovering from illness, injury and overall deficiency. The winter is a time where rhythm of the sleep-wake cycle, relaxation, and tending to our emotional/mental wellbeing should take precedence in self care rituals. When there is lack of abundant rest or convalescents during this time of year, it is hard for the body to build resources for the more active seasons ahead.
