Join herbalist Grace Krupkowski of Trilogy Herbalism, during a 3 hour immersion into concepts of foundational herbalism and herbal medicine making. We will be diving into what defines herbal actions, constituents, and traditional energetic practices. The focus will be on ways you can nourish yourself during the winter months with specific herbs that target body systems that get off balance during this time of year.
